Our target is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your order, you can exercise your right to return part or all products purchased within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
The returned products should not be used, worn, washed, altered or to be damaged and the labels that accompany the product should exist, exactly as you received the product with the retail receipt or invoice. You should also have earlier communicated through e-mail to email@example.com or by phone +30 6942962445 in order for you to be given instructions and a return code.
If the appropriate product that you want is not available (eg. A larger size), we refund your money or the amount for the purchase of the specific product is refunded to you as a Gift Card and can be used for any other new order that you desire.
In all cases, the expenses for the refund are charged to the client. A small fee of €5 is deducted from the ordered amount to cover shipping.
For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is charged to the client, while the cost for reshipping of any kind that you might choose to replace, is entirely charged to Mybrands.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Mybrands will make every effort for its replacement with the same or a similar product, without any extra cost for you.
Mybrands does not have a guarantee policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear incorrect use and for any destruction during the removal of the labels.
